I will travel to Mandurah if I ever need to purchase another Skoda!!Such a breathtaking change to say the least :) Servicing and being looked after is such an important part of buying a new vehicle and I feel so confident that I will be looked after!! Terrible customer service and have been waiting months for a part that’s covered under warranty that they keep dodging our calls about. Don’t recommend these guys at all Editing to add that we called and was told "oh we are expecting it today" that was last week and still no contact from anyone at Skoda with an update or to let us know it has arrived. We will be escalating this issue because its way past reasonable now and the service is way past disgusting.
