Contact your local dealer to purchase a Service Pack. Once purchased, simply book a time that suits you, and the costs are already covered.

33 Škoda Service Packs are available from authorised Škoda Dealers or online from Skoda Australia official website, for all models and covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. The New Car Service Packs can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 15,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first). The timeframe takes effect from when the vehicle is first reported in our system as 'sold'. The Used Car Service Packs can be purchased after the first 15,000 km/12 months scheduled service. The Top-up Service packs can be purchased based on the eligibility criteria as detailed in the terms and conditions. Discount structure varies by model. For details of what is not included in a scheduled service, please refer to the program terms and conditions available here.

Top-up packs (2 Year Top-up Service Pack or a 4 Year Top-up Service Pack) purchased between 15/12/2021 and 31/12/2023; and Used Car 4 Year Service Packs purchased between 11/04/2022 and 31/12/2023, for eligible vehicles with an age on the date of request under 58 months from the Škoda New Vehicle Warranty Start Date and which have carried out 12 months/15,000kms Scheduled Service, or be older than 12 months since the commencement of the Škoda New Vehicle Warranty Start Date.
